We know that things come up and schedules can change. When canceling or rescheduling an appointment for a service at one of our studios, please do your best to let us know you cannot make it by calling the studio and giving proper notice: 24-48 hours in advance is preferred.

This ensures we can continue to offer no cancellation fees and keeps our schedule running smoothly. Our staff loves to stay booked and busy, which is why we offer a waitlist for clients who would love to fill your empty spot if you can't make it, and allows us to make the best accommodations for everyone!
